Our home studio in Camden offers Reformer Pilates, as well as a full scale studio. Semi-private and Private Pilates classes offered 6 days a week.

This is traditional Pilates, with a modern approach and a keen eye for alignment, control, and precision.
We specialise in Clinical Pilates for injury rehabilitation, pre and post-natal Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Studio Pilates with all Pilates Equipment.

Developed by Joseph Pilates, this century old method has stood the test of time for one simple reason: it works! Improve core strength, flexibility, perfect posture, develop long and lean muscle in a fitness or rehab program at our studio.
We consider our formula at Mvmnt & Co. Studio in Camden “real Pilates”. No gym Pilates here! We focus on form and technique for the best results in our full scale studio. We make use of all the Pilates apparatus, the way Joe intended. From injury rehab to advanced Pilates exercises, we cater to your needs without the crowd.
Private Sessions are personally curated by our professional team to achieve your goals, adapted over time and updated each private Pilates class. Focused on specific or complete body areas to improve strength, flexibility and mobility. We specialise in rehab, musculoskeletal issues, spinal pathologies, and women's health concerns.
Semi-Private Pilates Classes offer the best of both worlds – the guidance of a skilled instructor tailoring a class to your needs, coupled with the motivating energy of a small group class. You'll receive focused attention while sharing the journey with like-minded individuals, in an safe and motivating environment.
1. Do you need an INitial Private Class?
If you are brand new to Pilates, have specific injuries or unique needs we recommend an initial private class to learn the basics and develop a plan for success! These can be booked online here.
2. If you are good to go. sign up for a class!
3. create an account through Mindbody.
We use Mindbody to streamline our booking process. If you already have MB you can use that same account to book with us. If you’re new to MB you can create a new account online.

Kevin is a 7 year old American Bulldog. He loves spending his days getting pats from our students and sleeping in the sun light of the studio. His favourite exercise is Downward Dog, and wonders if he’ll ever find out who is a good boy.
